Randhir Kapoor (Hindi: रणधीर कपूर, Punjabi: ਰਣਧੀਰ ਕਪੂਰ) (born 15 February 1945) is a Bollywood actor, producer and director. His nickname is Daboo.Randhir Kapoor hails from the legendary Kapoor family. He is the eldest son of Raj Kapoor. He is a fourth generation Kapoor and comes from a distinguished Punjabi Hindu^[1][2] family who have been part of the Hindi film industry for many years. His great great grandfather was Dewan Basheshwar Nath Kapoor, his grandfather was actor Prithviraj Kapoor, his paternal uncles are actorsShammi Kapoor (late), and Shashi Kapoor.
